TOM STOURTON & TOM PALMER

PALMER and STOURTON co-founded Totally Tom Films in 2019 to produce their debut feature ALL MY FRIENDS HATE ME which was subsequently released by SuperLTD/NEON in the US and BFI in the UK. They are currently packaging LIFE’S SO SWEET (a rom com directed by Nana Mensah and co-produced with Water+Power) set to shoot JUNE 2026 as well as the psychological-horror BEACH GHOULS, slated to shoot in OCTOBER 2026. Other projects in development include IN LAWS (with Maven Productions) and KING OF CHRISTMAS (partnered with BABY COW).

JON TARCY

Jon Tarcy has worked alongside the Toms as a producing partner on BEACH GHOULS. His slate includes THE MAJOR IS COMING!, a UK/Hungary co-production with Pioneer (Dune, Poor Things) written by Peter Fellows (Death of Stalin, Veep), set to shoot in mid-2026. He is also developing "Punishment", the first English-language film adaptation of Rabindranath Tagore’s work. He also produced the independent feature THE EFFECTS OF LYING, starring Ace Bhatti, Lauren Patel, and Mark Williams— a dark comedy exploring contemporary British Asian family life. The film premiered at Galway and played an international festival run before being acquired by Vertigo. In 2024, Jon was selected for the prestigious BIFA Springboard scheme for emerging producers.
